Messina Hof Winery and Resort

Escape to Texas Wine Country at Messina Hof Winery & Resort. Enjoy kicking back with a bottle of wine from the resort's ever-growing collection. This 100-acre estate, of which 42 acres host the vineyard, is nestled in Bryan, Texas and has held its place as a Brazos Valley staple since its start in 1977. Visitors to Messina can tour the vineyard and taste from award-winning  wines, premiums or rare library wines. Or, shop for their favorite apparel, wine or wine accessory, like personalized labels. 

Messina Hof created Angel Late Harvest Riesling, the first Texas wine to score a 90 in the Wine Spectator and became the first Texas winery to win Top Overall at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In addition to the winery, the estate is home to The Villa Bed & Breakfast on the resort's property. There, visitors can have a weekend getaway while enjoying the fine dining experience or drink offered at The Vintage House restaurant and Winemaster's Room wine bar.

Tours and wine tasting are offered seven days a week. Plus, the calendar of events is packed with cooking classes, wine appreciation classes, food and wine pairing seminars, murder mystery and winemaker dinners, and more.
