Vinoteca Poscol

In April 2009, celebrated Italian chef Marco Wiles opened his third culinary establishment on Westheimer, down the street from his haute pizzeria Dolce Vita and the venerable Da Marco. The Montrose favorite is named after Wiles' hometown in Italy. Vinoteca Poscol successfully executes the concept of a typical Italian wine bar with hardwood floors and brick elements that give it a warm and welcoming feel. 

With a focus on the wine selection and an assortment of small plates, cheeses, and cured meats, the bar offers unique creations that are meant to share. The menu also holds common favorites like the thin and crispy flatbreads and a choice of risottos. Wine is offered by the bottle or glass. Try Chef Wiles' award-winning risotto or the Sunday special roast suckling pig.

Vinoteca Poscol is open for dinner Tuesdays through Sundays.
